RETURN POLICY: Purchaser must call within 10 days of receiving product for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. All returns, other than damages will need a RAC. Returns will be assessed a 20% product re-stocking fee. (No refunds on shipping / handling charges.) The Box Props inspection team will determine the quality of all returned items for restocking. (First quality, second quality or scrap.) No returns will be honored without a Return Authorization Code from Box Props.

Clearly print the RAC on the outside of the box.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS: Returns must be shipped to Box Props in the original shipping carton with all inner packaging protecting the props in the same manner in which it was received. Damaged product will not be accepted for any refund. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
